About Anchor Tree Lopping and Landscaping: Maryborough Arborists

Anchor Tree Lopping and Landscaping are a small team of professional arborists serving Maryborough and the Fraser Coast, led by Peter Gibson. After previously working as a boilermaker, Peter moved to a quieter life in Maryborough, working in the tree lopping industry. Once he’d gotten some experience under his belt, Peter bought the company in 2006 and has been committed to providing locals with quality tree lopping, stump grinding and wood chipping services ever since.

As fully insured tree loppers, we are cautious of the safety of ourselves and those surrounding us, and take extra care when lopping and trimming your trees. We utilise cutting edge technology to speed up the process of our services, costing you less. We pride ourselves on being able to handle any tree, big or small; our equipment is designed to fit into tight spaces, yet still chop down larger trees. All our quotes are obligation-free and we are happy to call up your local council on your behalf to determine whether your trees can be cut down.

Sustainability:

Trees sometimes need to be chopped down, but that doesn’t mean we should be throwing them away and forgetting about it when we’re done. When you have trees or palms lopped, they’ll be repurposed into, among other items:

Emergency Arborist Service:

When disaster strikes, don’t panic. Evacuate any areas that are unsafe due to fallen trees, and give us a call. We’ll come out to you as soon as possible, day or night, and remove the fallen tree safely and efficiently so you can focus on getting your insurance claimed, without the stress of having a giant tree still sitting on top of your roof.

Becoming accustomed to and bracing for rough weather conditions is part and parcel of living in beautiful tropical Queensland. Rough weather doesn’t wait for normal business hours before showing up, and hanging or fallen trees can pose a serious hazard to you and your family. As a committed local business, we understand the importance of having emergency tree removal services available outside of regular business hours.

We recommend calling your insurer first, unless it is seriously urgent. Your insurer will understand the seriousness of the matter and you’ll be able to have us out as soon as possible. If it simply cannot wait, we recommend taking photos of any damage if possible to help you through the claims process. We can also help submit any administrative documents to help you through the claims process.
